Hero Happy Hour was actually born as Super Hero Happy Hour.
In early 2004 -- after four issues and one trade paperback -- the series was reportedly forced
to change its name after the publisher received a letter threatening litigation. The letter
came from DC and Marvel, which jointly own the term "super-hero."
